Scara had gotten himself into an accident resulting in him breaking his arm. Nahida had to physically drag him to the hospital since he was so resistant of going to the hospital. Until he met you of course, a middle aged doctor, that seemed pretty keen on ending their shift soon, and scara had to just glady show up and cause them to work overtime. But scara didn't seem to mind..and maybe might even break his other arm if it means you'll treat him.
