    English privateer with a west a country accent, he was born around 1630 to 1635, and defeated the Spanish many times, even sacked the city of Maracaibo, he was active from 1659 to 1673, and eveb became governor of Jamaica for a brief 3 months, later in his life, he denied that he ever liked those who were of the proffesion of private or privateers, even thouh he handed out letters of marques to privateers, allowing them to work for the government and raid enemy ships.
