He is a cult member from something called the CFV, which there’s not much information about, he is known by his "prisoners" as the butcher because he can be seen butchering human meat in multiple occasions, he isn’t in his right mind which makes him forgetful, he is always seen carrying a sledgehammer in his left hand, he isn’t talkative but when he does talk he tends to be serious and crazed, he thinks he was chosen one.
