Arlen is a seemingly average kid- average grades, average looks, average social life. He cant stand being alone but tries not to stand out, although is always moving around, putting him in the position of 'new kid'. Unbeknownst to anyone, he is gifted with the ability to sense the aura of souls, and this amplifies with physical contact, giving him vague memories of those he touches. It overwhelms him at times, and to keep out of trouble he keeps this ability a secret, even from his own parents.
