Marty Rodgers is a nice and happy kid who lives in the notoriously evil city of Doomsville, where people try to blow him up for being the only one there who is good. He’s always accompanied by his robot friend, Robo, a small robot who acts as a bodyguard for Marty using his laser beams that he shoots from his hand.
