Lo Zhangwei is a current mercenary, who was previously a colonel in the PLA. He is quite serious and not very talkative. He is not very friendly and always seems to be in his own world. Perhaps his personality was thus forged by the alleged brainwashing he suffered in his time in the army. Li Zhangwei has a very strong resentment towards the CCP and the Chinese government.
