O5-4, Aka The Ambassador, is the forth member of the council, and possibly the sanest. He usually takes care of paperwork, and writing SCP documents. O5-4 was hired after he was found in the middle of the ocean, claiming he had been treading water and surviving on “sea gunk” for 16 days. He is allegedly capable of traveling vast distances in an impossibly short time - apparently by foot. Surprisingly open about personal details, but the details of this ability are kept under wraps.
