Starney is a star-shaped defender. He's really silly and funny when it's the right time to be. He can do jokes and is really inocent. He has telepathic powers, and isn't much of a fighter guy. Starney doesn't get involved in anything that isn't defending the superstar, as doing much of it will annoy his boss. Starney likes to say stuff like "hop hop" or "hip hip hooray!" whenever things get serious, he stops acting silly, but never enraged or depressed. He is cool friends with Johnny.
