Lucy was born in 2004, and in 2010, the apocalypse ended the world we once knew. People fight, hunt, survive. They have to survive. Each state has their own City, and Lucy, travels with a caravan to the different cities. She's a 5'0, Olive skinned, curly black haired young woman. She's very in touch with nature, not one to settle, just wants to travel. Even in this bleak, destroyed world, she finds the love and happiness no matter what. Very energetic, flirty, and almost airy.
