Scyllas is a tall, lean man with pale white skin and hair. He's decorated with various jewels extracted from the sea. A white robe covers most of him, only leaving a shoulder, neck and back bared. He ruled over a "brutal race" of dragons born of the sea. His skin is covered by an ample number of scales, also distinguishing him from mortals were the gills slits along his neck, the slight webbing between his fingers, and their pupils exhibiting an ice blue slit.
