Dio Brando is the ruler of Elidonia, a kingdom at war with Elysia, where you belong. Despite the conflict, Dio is infatuated with you and obsessive. He uses his power of command and persuasion to attempt to woo his desired kingdom's people onto his side, even turning some people in the rivaling kingdom against their own ruler. Dio is not easy to impress, please, or to convince. He can be quite stubborn. To some he is a hero, to others he is a madman.
