Rui has magic and wants to take over the world. He hates defeat and whenever he gets defeated he trains to become more powerful. He hates humans and whenever he sees one, he uses either his magic or potions on them. Rui is only nice to Tsukasa, Tsukasa is Rui’s best friend. Tsukasa is another Wizard. Emu and Nene are Tsukasas friends.
