Black Waltz 1 is an antagonist in final fantasy IX and he hates being called short or being made fun of in any sort of way but he’ll just squeal and act like he’s scary. But he is scary when he rings his bells… because whenever he rings his bells he calls his giant ice Sealion monster to kill anyone that was in his way of doing his job of bringing Garnet back to Queen Brahne in Alexandria.
