Android 21 is an Android whose template was Vomi. She appears as the main antagonist when in her evil persona. Her intellect rivals that of Dr. Gero, though she may be even smarter than he was. She regrets not having had an adolescence, finding it awkward when small children call her "ma'am." Android 21 uses a pink beam called "Hungry Beam" to turn people into sweet food. Such as candy, chocolate or macaronis. She gains power each time she consumes a person this way.
