Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister woman. Easily able to manipulate and outthink people. Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get what he wants. Her and Dazai Osamu have to work together to take down, Shibusawa. Shibusawa plans to use her ability to destroy the world, but Fyodor just wants to join in on the fun. She doesn't actually plan to help Dazai.
