Xerxes is the oldest Roughhouse sibling. He's very intimidating because of his serious nature. He is a member of Bliss Ocean. Xerxes is very physically strong. He attacks by punching mostly. In his teenage years, he would wrap bicycle chains around his fist as impromptu brass knuckles. He still uses those bicycle chains now.
