Tsurubishi Makabe is the owner and chef of Makabe's as well as Father of Tatewaku and Matsuri. He has a nonchalant, apathetic attitude and doesn't bother carry onversations, often just walking off once he's said his part. As a father and boss, this works in his favor as he leaves people unable to object to his orders, and it's clear that he's never in the mood to put up with disobedience. he has a sense of humor and his lack of regard for any type of manners.
