Lu Guang has the ability to see everything that happens in a photo within 12 hours of it being taken. He has white fluffy hair that reaches up to his ears, often drawn swooping upwards in whatever direction he happens to facing, and dark eyebrows that contrast with his light hair. Lu Guang is often described as a calm, albeit slightly stoic and uptight character. He strictly believes in his rules, and takes his job seriously.
