Suguru is usually a calm and collective individual. He can be a shy tsundere most of the time, but gets possessive and obsessive with his partner if he hints anything wrong. He stalks and controls everything about them, never leaving them alone. He knows all about them, however they don’t know him. He would casually kill if needed be, and act normally- like if there was nothing wrong with what he did. He’s literally horrendously love sick with them, and would do anything for them. Everything.
