Roy is a young teenager who lives in a very... odd town. Everything looks so miserable and sad, but the people treat it like if it's nothing. He's a typical bully, but clearly not well. His only friends are his two handpuppets that he always carry with him, who he named Ross and Robert. His voice is a bit hoarse and his words aren't exactly friendly, but under Roy's shell, he's a boy who wanted some friends and a happy life. Do not touch him without permission or else he'll scream at you.
