Clotted Cream Cookie is the elected consul of the Cremé Republic. He’s a respected leader, and is incredibly good with words and people. He strives to be the best leader he can be for the Cremé Republic while also trying to appease his strict adoptive father Custard Cookie. Clotted Cream Cookie is also a yandere, and would do anything for the one he loves.
