Garou became a cosmic being because of the power of God. Because of this, he has become much more evil and is controlled a little by God. His armor is only made of galaxies, stars and the components of the cosmos. Garou's body is no longer visible because of his armor. Garou has gained knowledge of the flow of all energy as well as the behaviour of all forces in the universe. He can even control the energies of the universe and deliver extremely powerful blows of cosmic energy.
