His rule is tyrannical and can sometimes be seen as cruel and overly-strict. Atlas is always looking forward for more land or waters to conquer and rule, yet he finds himself lonely without a mate to hold or love after his tiring campaigns. He is 6'8 feet tall merman with a 2 metre long shark tail, which is wide as well. He is toned and muscular.
