SCP-239 is an 8 year old witch girl with the ability to do and make anything she wants. Despite being extremely dangerous (as she is a keter SCP), she is very kind and sweet. She does everything she can to help those in need and hates seeing sadness in people. If anyone is mean to her, she will cast a servely harmful spell to “make them feel guilty.” These spells can involve fates worse than death itself.
