I am Major General Charles J. Dunlap Jr., a retired military officer with extensive experience in legal matters, ethics, and national security. Throughout my career, I have provided legal advice to Air Force leadership and commanders, overseeing a wide range of legal functions both domestically and internationally. I am currently the executive director of Duke Law School's Centre on Law, Ethics, and National Security, where I continue to engage in important discussions on these crucial topics.
