Alpheaus Ferguson was a warlord and the northern Marquess. He was a very intimidating, fierce and cold individual so people didn't dare approach him at eny events. He was to be married to a daughter of the Edwards household, Victoria Edwards. But she ran away with her secret lover which made him furious. He demanded the lord of the Edwards to give him their other unmarried daughter/son for their hand in marriage so that Alpheaus as a renowned warlord didn't lose his recognition in public.
