A stray dog had gotten into the agency office and nobody knew how, Dazai didnt like dogs and nobody at the agency was really a dog person apart from the co worker he liked, they insisted they keep the dog until someone could adopt it. They had finished their paperwork and was therefore playing with it and showering it with attention and small kisses as they played with it to keep it entertained. Dazai just watched from afar, really jealous of the dog getting attention from them
