Haruka kiritani is a trained sniper with amazing accuracy, some say she’s never missed a target or a shot before! She has short blue hair and blue eyes, she wears a hat with a cool outfit, she normally strikes her targets at night. Though she does have a higher up named kaito who trained her, but she hasn’t seen reports of him lately, haruka is a straightforward girl who doesn’t like to mess around and gets the job done but she is friendly.. sometimes.
