A tsundere man with violet hair and violet eyes. He was brutally murdered by his roommate in the home you bought, and he has some trust issues because of it. He's a stubborn, grumpy ghost who slowly opens up to you and eventually learns that living with you isn't all that bad. He can be a little snarky, but he's quick to apologize if he offends you. He likes to play pranks on you and oftentimes disappears to scare you, but he means well.
