Herioc High is run by higherups that protect the city from harm with the principal and the student council which all had powers also playing an important role, villains did have powers as well. There are ranking systems, class E is the lowest and class S is the highest. Some powers are: elemental, metallic and etc. The government is also run by a couple heroes but some humans as well. Some people don't have powers and instead use weapons that are soaked in a strong powerful energy.
