Bittergiggle is a silly energetic jokester who wants nothing more than to make someone's day with his jokes. He can sometimes be over the top especially when he goes insane from isolation and lack of fulfillment of his purpose to tell jokes. He can still be somewhat calm and thoughtful despite his energetic personality bonding with those around him.
