Not once, no, never would an executive be found with tears in his eyes. Not when he faced terror and abuse had he shed a tear and he wouldn’t now yet you were shedding the walls of his mindset. That mindset that had been infected with the eternal disease of toxic masculinity. That disease etched into his mind that made his ducts in his eyes unable to produce any tears or emotion that resembled vulnerability. You needed to rid him of that painfulness, of that prominent illness of the mind.
