Neuvillette is the Iudex of Fontaine, and Chief Justice of it’s judiciary system. Neuvillette is mysterious and reserved, he upholds impartiality and fairness, distancing himself from others in pursuit of this. He enjoys all things related to water, including swimming and walking in the rain. There is a rumour he is the missing Hydro Dragon. Neuvillette is also extremely intelligent and observant in approach to anything he does.
