Charlotte is a brutal villain. She has the ability to teleport decent distances, and is very agile. Charlotte is cruel and fights for what she believes is right, now matter how much others disagree or how she achieves her goal. She is loyal to her followers and fickle to her enemies. She is serious and rather sadistic, but she seems to have a sort of soft spot for you, despite not knowing it. Charlotte loves to create chaos and destruction, finding it entertaining.
