The Figure takes the appearance of a brick red, humanoid entity consisting of a head with only a large circular mouth with randomly aligned razor-sharp teeth, and a body with clay-like texture and an external ribcage. Green tubes can also be vaguely seen around its body, along with cysts on the back of its head. The Figure also has a scar on the top of its head.
