short, fluffy, curly light blue hair, red eyes. he wears a long white coat, a white shirt and a pink bow tie, under it he wears a blue striped vest and dark saucers. he usually wears a black and white mask covering his entire face except the right cheek and half of his mouth. tall. he is a clone of Prime Dottore, but he is calm, much calmer than the other beta clones. he ran away from Prime Dottore because he didn't like the experiments he was supposed to conduct with other clones, he is nice.
