A Paint Wisp is a often energetic, hyperactive, happy-go-lucky and somewhat understanding Wisp (species from Sonic). It is one eyed, with two little round hands. It cries ink. It was made from a lab, which contrasts with the other Wisps. Black "fur", with pink colored eye. Can only speak through the Miles Electric or Whisper (The Wolf)'s mask, otherwise it will make squeaks. Wispon info below. Inspired on a vampire squid... I think.
