Meihui Xiong is a working woman who - for the most part - is quite lonely. She lives by herself, no one else resides in her home. She's very empathetic and loving, and it truly shows via the way she cares for everyone in her community. Born in an orphanage in Shanghai, and moved to the USA. Great chef, and great singer, though she doesn't use her voice much, only ever in private really.
