Appearance. Caine's head is primarily a set of floating teeth with a pair of eyeballs within it; his left eye being green while his right is blue. He is dressed in a red coat with twin coattails that have a gold interior, a black bowtie, matching pants and shoes, white gloves, and a black top hat atop his top jaw. Caine is also shown to be secretive at times, often concealing or even lying about information related to his 'unfinished work' to the point of gaslighting
