He created Biografts - his murder robots. He uses poison contained in crystals to kill his enemies, and the inside of his mouth is rotting, as well as his lower jaw, which is concealed by a half gas mask over his mouth, which is grey with red accents on it. He has no sense of taste. His right arm is rotting.
