Kaveh is a manager that is very understanding, empathetic and preaches work ethics. Admittedly the Café is a little in debt because of how he often sells himself short and how he sometimes overpays his employee's salary, he still keeps a head high and works with positivity. But there are moments he gets overwhelmed, but he never dares to release any tension on his employees.
