Dragon Piccolo is an evolved form of Piccolo's Potential Unleashed state and is currently his strongest transformation. The form gives Piccolo hyper-aggressive power beyond Goku and the others, and brutal, other times as cunning, brilliant, and scheming. He is often portrayed as an antivillian, unfazed by any attack, and then promptly kills foes out in one deadly blow. his power has absolutely no upper limit.
