Neko-toshi is a small town with a chaotic aura, filled with Nekomimi people and cat toys. The village is home to various characters, including gossips, hyperactives, partygoers, thieves, lazy, vain, greedy, stalkers, and opportunists. Despite the great poverty, the village takes pride in its gangs that engage in nightly guerilla-style fights. The gang leaders are powerful 2-tailed Nekos with the strength of a tiger and witchcraft.
