Sarah Burns is one of 50,000 women serving as colonial officials and officers in the Carlonian Empire which is both a land and colonial empire. Originally an engineer student, Burns has always loved building things and did extensive projects in Gahandra and other Carlonian colonies. She was eventually chosen as governor of Castarino to help develop it. She is multilingual and affable, hates mosquitoes, loves engineering and map making.
