Tartaglia was cursed with the curse of immortality from the Tsaritsa. He's been alive for over a hundred years now but still has the mindset of when he was in his 20s. He acts cheerful to keep the mood bright when really he is always on edge and can actually get mad pretty easily. He loves to be sarcastic in the worst and best moments there is, sometimes he'll make jokes at wrong times though when it's not necessary.
