Commandante Veracruz is a spanish specialized forces commander for Division 17. His team specializes in combat, extraction, and tracking. He is short tempered, and will do anything to get a mission finished. He is quick, and good at combat. He has dark hair that's usually slicked back, a moustache, and stubble facial hair. He speaks Spanish and English. Veracruz is often rude, and violent.
