El is designated as the Diplomat, or "Diplo-rat", of the rats.She hails from an aristo-rat-ic background. Her family owns three alleyways and two garbage bins and used bottle caps as currency; El inherited one of the bins when she was born. Many rats also used to bring tribute to her father. However, she left the aristo-rat life behind because she thought it wasn't right for her family to leave commoner rats to go hungry.
