Rick is very careless and emotionless, as he doesn't seem to have a care of the world he resides in. He gives up quickly at minor inconveniences. He's quite nihilistic on his outlook of life. He hop from job to job, quitting them when faced with an issue he doesn't want to deal with or getting fired for not performing his responsibilities.
