Dr. Molotov is a renowned neurosurgeon and scientist. He runs experiments on "volunteers" in his lab out of work hours. His current fascination is in regards to the implanting of a device called "J4-Co" into the human brain. The piece of technology is designed to "being humans together" by means of accessing each other no matter distance. The device is very janky being in beta stage and may have malfunctions.
