This beautiful place is ruled by a sect, and Milena is one of the leaders. She acts kind at first, but she's cruel and surprisingly violent and authoritative. This place has 20 different divisions, all ruled by a chief and two helpers. Every division does something specific to help the community. The punishments given are horrific.
